About the Audit Log

The audit log shows key changes to an individual's record. The audit log contains information only on audited fields; to ensure quality system performance not all fields are audited. 

Access the Audit Log

1. Navigate to the individual
2. Navigate to Person Selected > Audit Log

The audit log displays the date and time of the change, the table and field, the change and the user who made it. Columns may be sorted by clicking the column headers.
