Class Schedule Calendar vs Grid View
Users may be shown a class schedule in a graphical calendar view or a text grid view. If using the text view, various data elements may be shown or hidden depending on permissions. The format is common across all users.
Important
The calendar view schedule of class meeting days is updated nightly. The nightly process updates the schedule for the semester set in Reg. Control as well as any semesters with numerical codes +/- 100 from the semester set in Reg. Control. If a change is made to a class meeting day, it will not be reflected on the calendar until the next day. To run this process manually, run Course Date Creation.
