Campus Café supports posting credit for tests to a student transcript.The credit should be posted to the transfer or test semester depending on your institution's specific business processes.

This module is designed for test credit posted to a student's transfer credit. To record scores for admissions tests or other tests that do not appear on the transcript, consider using scores.

Post Test

  1. Navigate to the individual to post credit
  2. Navigate to Person Selected > Enrollment History
  3. Click Lookup Transfer School
  4. In the window that appears, locate the school or testing agency that administered the incoming course and select it
  5.  In the Transfer Semester, choose 190001 – Test Semester (Your test semester code may differ)
  6. In the Original Course box, enter the original test code (for example APBIO)
  7. In the Target Course, select your institution’s equivalent course. Note that courses set as catalog inactive on the catalog semester will not appear in this drop down. 
  8. If transferring in a test that already exists as a transfer, increment the section number by 1. Otherwise, leave blank
  9. Click Add Transfer
  10. Complete the fields as your business processes call for. At a minimum, under General, include the number of credits to transfer and the level to apply them.  Under Grading, select the transfer grade if one is not set as default in Quality Point Maintenance.
  11. Click Save
