Project Expense Tracking Number Entry

Campus Cafe utilizes a project expense tracking number to tie all transactions related to a specific project together.   The PET number contains a 3 position header code, plus a one position detail code. 

To Create a New Pet Code, you must first Create the 3 position header in Accounting -> Project Headers

Then you would create The Project Detail under Accounting -> Project Detail

Once you've entered The Project Header and The Project Detail, you can use the PET Number.  In this case BL2E.
