About Entering and Posting Grades

Grades are typically entered by instructors via the course roster. They may also be entered on the enrollment history screen.

When grades can be entered is determined by a combination of registration control, grade control and permissions. What grades can be entered is controlled by the Quality Point table as well as if the course is configured as pass/fail.

Grade entries and changes are saved in the audit log.

Enter grades via a spreadsheet based on student Alumni Class Of number

Each student has an alumni class of box intended to record the graduation class the student associates him or herself with. If your institution does not use this field, it can be used as an alternative ID number to the Campus Cafe ID number.
