For borrower based institutions that have multiple "Academic Years or Periods" within the same ISIR Year; award letters can be set to only show disbursements and cost of attendance with the selected "Academic Year".

For this to take place Custom Control FA_LETTER 3-1 must be set to "Y" which enables the use of the "Academic Year" field to be used to generate separate Award Letters for separate Academic Year disbursements (See Academic Year on Disbursement Term Rules) and Cost of Attendance (see COA Academic Year on Packaging Page and Cost of Attendance Detail Page) for Borrower Based Academic Year institutions.
