About  Mid-Term and Final Grade Reports

Mid-term and final grade reports provide a method to show students mid-term and final grades along with comments. They can be used in addition to or in lieu of displaying grades to students through an unofficial transcript or class schedule.

Permission

  • To view the PDF mid-term/final grade reports, the student must have permission 1048

Change the Institution Name in the Header of the PDF Reports

The institution's name is common across all PDF reports, regardless of student site.

  1. Navigate to Registrar > Reg. Control
  2. In the Site Name box, enter the desired text to appear at the top of the report
  3. Click Save
  4. Run the Refresh Data Cache by navigating to Admin > Refresh Data Cache and clicking reload data to see the change immediately.

The footer of the reports may be changed. The footer is common between both the mid-term and final grade reports.

Change the the footer

  1. Navigate to Admin > Adjustable Text Maintenance
  2. Locate the name GRD_CMT_PDF_FOOTER
  3. Click the pencil icon next to GRD_CMT_PDF_FOOTER
  4. In the large box enter text
  5. Click Save
  6. Run the Refresh Data Cache by navigating to Admin > Refresh Data Cache and clicking reload data to see the change immediately.

Student Access to Reports

  1. Navigate to the main menu > My Info
  2. Click the Mid-Term Grd Report, Mid-Term Grd Report PDF, Final Grd Report or Final Grd Report PDF
  3. Choose a semester
  4. Click Submit
