Sites

About Sites

Sites may be attached to semesters, students and classes to drive business processes such as registration, billing and financial aid. On the academic side, sites assist in restricting class registration by site, filtering classes and overall reporting. 

Sites are added in STParm Maintenance. Relevant sites related the academic structure are:

• Student Degree, Semester and Admission sites use parameter SBCONO
• Courses Master sites and Course Fee sites use parameter RCCONO
• Billing sites use parameter HOCONO

After making adjustments, run the Refresh Data Cache by navigating to Admin > Refresh Data Cache and clicking reload data to see the change immediately.
